How do I send out invitations to subjects telling them to assign evaluators
  1. Go to the Messages tab.
  2. Select Email Messages in the navigation bar on the left side.
  3. Select Subject Invite to the right of the navigation bar.
  4. Customize the message you would like to send to Subjects when they are invited to the Assessment.
  5. Select Schedule Email in the top left corner of the navigation bar.
  6. Select the Subject Invite as the Message Type, select the recipients, send date and time, from name, and reply-to email.
  7. Select Schedule.
Can I set it up so that evaluators only receive one invitation email, even if they are evaluating multiple subjects?
By default, evaluators will receive a separate invitation for each person they’re set to evaluate, If you’d like to avoid sending multiple emails, turn the “Consolidate evaluator invites and reminders where possible” option on to consolidate invites and reminders.

  1. Go to the Messages tab.
  2. Select Options in the navigation bar on the left side.
  3. Toggle on the third option, “Consolidate evaluator invites and reminders where possible.”
Can I schedule invitations to go out some date in the future?
Yes.

  1. Go to the Messages tab.
  2. Select Schedule Email in the top left corner of the navigation bar.
  3. Select the Message Type, recipients, from name, and reply-to email.
  4. Click directly on the field that displays the current date and time.
  5. Select the date and time you would like to send the invitations.
  6. Select Schedule.
