Build Your Own Report

There are several components involved in building out your report.

  • You will need to decide whose results you want displayed in the report (self, others, managers, etc) by correctly setting your data sources.
  • You will then need to decide how you have that data displayed, through tables and graphs. Those are the main components of your report.
  • Afterwards, you can spend time customizing the style of your report so it looks clean and reflects your organizations design.
  • Finally, make sure you take the time to learn about more advanced features you can use in your report, such as display logic and piped text.

Data Sources

Data sources allow you to specify which relationship(s) you would like to have displayed in a table or graph. In most cases, you will want to show a comparison between how the subject evaluated themselves and how their peers evaluated him/her. This can be done by creating data sources. Watch the below video to learn more about how to utilize data sources in your report.

Building Graphs and Tables

Our platform offers several different visualizations that allow you to present your subject’s data in an easy to interpret and professional way.
