About Browser Compatibility

The Connectors, Studio, and Designer apps support the following browsers:

  • Mozilla Firefox 90.x and later
  • Google Chrome 87.x and later
  • Apple Safari 10.x and later
  • Microsoft Edge 95.x and later
Qtip: We recommend upgrading browsers to the most recent version before using XM Discover. Legacy versions of all browsers can expose users to security vulnerabilities and provide inferior user experience.

Operating Systems for Mobile Devices

You can access and view your dashboards in Studio through a default web browser on a supported mobile device. No mobile client or native application is required.

However, some editing and administrative features are excluded from the mobile version. For more information, please see the Mobile vs. Desktop Features section below.

Studio supports the following mobile browsers:

  • Mozilla Firefox for Android
  • Google Chrome for Android
  • Apple Safari for iOS
  • Microsoft Edge for iOS and Android
