About Video Widgets

You can embed a video of your choice in your dashboard using the video widget.

Attention: You can only embed a public YouTube or Vimeo video. Make sure your video is uploaded and set to public before trying to embed it in your dashboard.

Adding a Video Widget

Click and drag the Video icon where you want the video to appear in your dashboard.
Enter your video’s URL.
Click Ok.
You can now resize, move, and edit your widget as needed.

Qtip: The video height and width always adjust proportionally, meaning the screen will not become stretched and distorted.

Video Response Question

The video response question allows survey takers to record and upload a video or audio recording from their device. Once you’ve collected video responses, you can analyze your videos for topic and sentiment insights, assemble videos into slideshow reels, and display videos and associated data in dashboards.

Embedding Dashboard Widgets ...

Have you ever wanted to view Qualtrics data while using a third party software? You can embed your dashboard widgets in certain software to view experience data in your daily workstreams.

Audio & Video Editor

If your survey contains a video response question, you can view and edit the audio and video responses within the Audio & Video tab in Data & Analysis. From here, you can view transcripts, make clips from audio and video responses, and assemble them into highlight reels. You can also leverage AI-driven insights to identify themes in your video responses.

Rich Content Editor

The Rich Content Editor allows you to add special formatting to your text. Using this editor, you can bold, underline, change colors and fonts, add hyperlinks, add lists and tables, and even insert videos and images.

Importing Responses (EX)

You can use the Import Data option in the Data & Analysis tab to upload test or example data, or to upload data collected externally.
