The 2018 X4 Summit will take place in beautiful downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. This year we are thrilled to host you at the Salt Palace Convention Center. With over 500,000 square feet of event space, this year's X4 Summit promises to be bigger and better than ever.

The majority of the conference including keynotes, breakout sessions, and evening events will be hosted at the Salt Palace. Evening events include the X4 Kickoff Reception, Casino Night, Warehouse Party, and Maroon 5 concert.

Ski day will be hosted at Park City Mountain Resort.

Check-in for the conference begins Tuesday, March 6th at 12pm at the Salt Palace Convention Center. Check-in early to miss the rush! The opening reception for all attendees begins Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m.

Check-in will also be open on Wednesday and Thursday beginning at 7:00 am.

We would love to have your guests join us! Guest passes are available for $399 and can be purchased by selecting the keynote-only pass at checkout. This will give your guest access to food and all events at the conference including X4 Mainstage, X4 Kickoff Reception, Warehouse Party and Maroon 5 concert, Casino Night, and Ski Day. The pass excludes breakout and training sessions.

Of course! Qualtrics has reserved a special conference rate for our attendees. Rooms are available on a first come, first serve, basis so book early to guarantee your discount. To reserve your hotel, view your X4 Summit confirmation email. This will include links to the group rates below. All hotels are located in downtown Salt Lake City. Most hotels are within walking distance to the Salt Palace.

Public transportation to and from the Salt Lake City International Airport is available by the Utah Transit Authority. You can also use the new “Green Line” on TRAX (Salt Lake City’s light rail system) that runs to and from the airport. The Green Line leaves the airport every 15 minutes on weekdays and every 20 minutes on weekends. The TRAX stop is located at the south end of Terminal One. TRAX drops off directly in front of the Salt Palace Convention Center.

Taxi cabs are also available at the airport when you arrive. All our preferred hotels are a 10-15 minute drive from the airport and the one-way cab fare will be approximately $22-$25 USD. At the airport, you can find shuttles at the All Resort (Premier) kiosk located across from baggage claim 4 in Terminal 1 and baggage claim 8 in Terminal 2. Depending on your hotel, complimentary shuttles may be offered from the Salt Lake City International Airport. This can be confirmed through calling your hotel directly.

We can't wait to host you at Park City Mountain Resort. Ski day will take place Friday, March 9th from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. All conference transportation is provided. Buses will pick up at the Salt Palace. Ski Resort will be Park City Mountain Resort.

Included in your pass is a lift ticket, lunch, and drinks. Discounts on ski rentals will be sent to all registrants in January. Snow pants, goggles, helmets, and other gear is available for rent or purchase at any rental shops on Park City Mountain Resort.

All pass types have access to ski day.

The recommended attire for the X4 Summit is business casual. The attire for the evening’s entertainment activities on Wednesday and Thursday evening is casual. Bundle up for ski day!

If you are unable to attend X4 Summit, you may transfer your registration to another person by sending an email to x4summit@qualtrics.com with the new Attendee's name and contact information by Friday, February 9, 2018 at 11:59 pm MST. Substitutions requested after this date may be subject to a US $100 transaction fee. Hotel reservation cancellations and substitutions must be taken care of directly with The Grand America by calling (801) 258-6000.

All X4 Summit registration and training cancellations must be received in writing. Email your cancellation request to x4summit@qualtrics.com. For a full refund, cancellations must be received by 11:59 p.m. (MST) on Friday, January 19, 2018. For a 50% refund, cancellations must be received between 12:00am (MST) on Saturday, January 20, 2018 and 11:59 p.m. (MST) on Monday, February 12, 2018. No refunds will be given after 11:59 p.m. (MST) on Monday, February 12, 2018.

No - there will not be a full day of Qualtrics Certification this year. If you are interested in Qualtrics Certification, we recommend you purchase the All-Access pass.
