All X4 attendees are asked to review and confirm they have reviewed the X4 Event Terms and Conditions, including without limitation, the information about the risks of COVID-19 in Section 10 thereof. Prior to entering the conference venue, attendees shall ensure they are not currently experiencing any of the symptoms of COVID-19. Anyone who is not feeling well or begins to experience symptoms at any time during X4 should contact and follow the guidance of their physician. No one is permitted entry to X4 who is not in full compliance with event health & safety requirements.

Public transportation to and from the Salt Lake City International Airport is available through the Utah Transit Authority. You can also use the “Green Line” on TRAX (Salt Lake City’s light rail system) that runs to and from the airport. The Green Line leaves the airport every 15 minutes on weekdays and every 30 minutes on weekends. The Airport to TRAX station is located on the ground level outside the terminal on the east side. Passengers should exit door 1A and go east. TRAX drops off directly in front of the Salt Palace Convention Center.

Taxi cabs are also available at the airport when you arrive. Uber and Lyft also serve the airport and all of Salt Lake City.

At the airport, you can find shuttles at the kiosks located across the passenger bridge from baggage claim. Depending on your hotel, complimentary shuttles may also be offered from the Salt Lake City International Airport. This can be confirmed by calling your hotel directly.

Check-in for Basecamp on Tuesday, March 7th will take place at the Grand America Hotel on Tuesday: 7am-9am

Check-in at the Salt Palace on March 8th and 9th will be located in the East entrance lobby on Wednesday: 7am - 7pm and Thursday: 7am - 7pm.

Please bring a government issued photo ID and have logged into the app so we can scan your QR code.

Unfortunately we will not permit any suitcase, any luggage with wheels, or any luggage (of any design) that exceeds 18"H X 18"W X 8"D into the X4 Management Summit.

Yes, coat check will be on the second level as you walk in from the East Entrance in a room known as the Salt Shaker.

Employees of all levels will be attending X4! You can expect on-the-ground researchers to be there, as well as C-level executives from Fortune 500 companies.

Your pass includes morning coffee, lunches, and evening bites beginning Wednesday morning through Thursday night.

Breakout sessions on March 8th and 9th will be available first come, first serve at the event, but you can view the agenda to view an overview of the schedule of the conference.

If you have the XM Basecamp add-on, you will be able to register for sessions beginning January 13th, when our X4 Summit app releases. Once you download the app and login, you'll see a "Save my Seat" next to any available session. Simply tap on this icon to reserve your session for XM Basecamp Live.

The Summit Pass includes 2 days of keynotes, breakout sessions, networking, entertainment, concerts, and food (morning coffee, snacks, lunches, and evening bites available Wednesday morning through Thursday night).

Yes, mother’s rooms are located in 150C. Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are welcome depending on availability. Mother’s room spaces can be reserved in the X4 app.

Ask the Experts is the only walk-up, serviceable product support at X4. The product demo and ask the expert booth will be located outside the Tacos theatre.

We're excited to hear that you're interested in attending X4! While Summit will definitely have opportunities for Qualtrics users to increase their skills and knowledge concerning the product, the event will benefit all who attend. Keynote speeches and breakout sessions will take place throughout the conference; some will be product specific, but others will be more general.

These events will take place at the Salt Palace Convention Center.

If you are unable to attend X4 Summit, you may transfer your registration to another person. You can update the ticket with new registrant information via the "Manage Registration Details" link in your confirmation email by Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at 11:59 pm MST.

All X4 Summit registration, training, and certification cancellations must be received in writing. Email your cancellation request to x4summit@qualtrics.com. For a full refund, cancellations must be received by 11:59 pm MST on January 17, 2023. For a 50% refund, cancellations must be received between 12:00am MST on January 18, 2023 and 11:59 pm MST on February 6, 2023. No refunds will be given for any termination notice provided after 11:59 pm MST on February 6, 2023. This applies to full ticket cancellations and cancellations for the cost of XM Basecamp.

Hotel reservation cancellations and substitutions must be arranged directly with your hotel. Hotel cancellation policies may vary.

Once ticket holders download the app and login using the email address or ticket number associated with their ticket, they will get updated information about sessions, locations, and times for planning your X4 agenda. As we approach the event, there will be additional information on our app about in-person event logistics, Dream Team, and more.

Breakout sessions on March 8th and 9th will be available first come, first served at the event, but you can view them in our app on the ‘Agenda’ tab. You can also navigate to the top of www.qualtrics.com/x4summit/agenda to view an overview of the schedule of the conference.

You can save sessions by adding them as ‘favorites’ within the app. To do so, go to the ‘Agenda’ tab on the bottom of the app. When you find a session you want to save, click the ‘Favorite’ heart icon under the session title. You can view every session you’ve added to your favorites by scrolling to the top of the ‘Agenda’ tab and selecting the button that reads ‘My Favorites’.

When you want to add a session to your personal calendar as a reminder, touch the session tile and then click the ‘Add’ icon on the bottom of the screen.

If you have an XM Basecamp Live ticket, you may reserve your seat for your preferred Basecamp sessions on March 7th. You can do so by going to the Agenda tab of the Qualtrics X4 Summit app and clicking “Reserve my seat” on the sessions you are interested in. Please note the times of the sessions you are interested in. Some sessions are offered multiple times on March 7th to enable XM Basecamp Live ticket holders more opportunities to attend popular sessions.

Yes - Your safety is very important to us and we will work to ensure the summit is a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. For your awareness, before entering the X4 Experience Management Summit, all attendees will pass through security screening and all items are subject to search if they cause concern.

The following items are strictly prohibited at the X4 Experience Management Summit:

• Aerosol containers.
• Non-aerosol spray (medical needs are permitted.)
• Any sharp bladed or pointed objects, e.g. knitting needles and letter openers. (Pens and pencils are permitted.)
• Electric stun guns, or any weapons or other devices
• Firearms, replica firearms, ammunition, and fireworks or any other form of pyrotechnic device(s).
• Knives of any size.
• Mace or any other aerosol discharged chemical, such as pepper spray.
• Razors and or box cutters.
• Drones.
• Professional cameras or video recording equipment (unless authorized Press & Media).
