FAQs
To get access to XM Basecamp Live at X4 2023, you must purchase the XM Basecamp Live add-on for $599 with your X4 pass. If you have already purchased a X4 Summit Pass and are interested in upgrading your pass, please complete this survey and our team will be in touch shortly to assist.
You can view the XM Basecamp Live sessions by visiting our agenda and selecting “Tuesday” to view all XM Basecamp sessions. We also have a PDF version you can download here.
    • 7AM-9AM: Registration & Breakfast
    • 9AM-10:30AM: Morning Session 1
    • 10:45-12:15PM: Morning Session 2
    • 12:15PM-1:30PM: Lunch & Networking
    • 1:30PM-3PM: Afternoon Session 1
    • 3:15PM-4:45PM: Afternoon Session 2
Standard training courses are 90-180 minute, interactive, facilitated sessions created to advance your knowledge of the Qualtrics product and/or XM methodology. Semi-private discussion groups are 45 minute, expert-led sessions to share proof of concepts and discuss the art of the possible.
If you have not yet registered, simply ensure you selected the Ticket Type that includes XM Basecamp Live! If you have already registered and would now like to attend XM Basecamp, please take the following steps:
  1. Take this survey to notify the X4 Team of your request to upgrade your ticket
  2. Go to https://payments.qualtrics.com/invoice and make a payment of $599 to our billing department.
  3. In the “Your Information” section, please include the information of the X4 registrant–even if someone else is making the payment.
  4. For the “Invoice Number”, please enter “44442023MMDD”. For example, if today’s date is January 20th, I would enter “444420220120″.
Once this is complete, the X4 Team will confirm that your ticket has been upgraded within 5 business days. Note: you must pay the full amount of $599 in order to gain access to XM Basecamp Live at X4 on March 7, 2023. If the amount has not been paid, you will be required to pay at registration check-in; otherwise, you will be denied entrance to XM Basecamp Live.
If you can only attend one XM Basecamp Live session (morning or afternoon), you must still pay the full $599 add-on price and select just one course when registering.
Just bring your own laptop and charger to your course. All other materials will be provided.
No, Qualtrics Certification is not part of X4 2023. However, you can purchase the online training for Qualtrics Certification separately at www.qualtrics.com/certification/.
No, Qualtrics Certification exams are not offered at X4 2023.
Sessions are still being finalized. We will send out a communication to all attendees who have registered for XM Basecamp Live once all session information is available as well as when the registration date to select sessions is.
You may transfer your entire X4 registration to another person. You can update the ticket with new registrant information via the “Manage Registration Details” link in your confirmation email by February 7, 2023 at 11:59 pm MST. Substitutions requested after this date may be subject to a $100 US transaction fee.
The XM Basecamp Live courses will not be recorded during the event. However, on-demand content from the courses will be made available online at basecamp.qualtrics.com.
