Dr. Matthew Neale, Ph.D

Dr. Matthew Neale is an endorsed Organisational Psychologist with over 20 years of experience in consulting and HR management. He has worked across a variety of industries including SaaS, banking & finance, aviation, government and technology, with clients ranging from startups to global & multinational organisations. In addition to his role with Qualtrics, Matthew is an Adjunct Lecturer in the School of Psychology at the University Queensland. He remains active in academic teaching and research, including presenting at major conferences, publishing in journals, and reviewing for journals and conferences.
