Khoi Hoang leads Qualtrics' Global Sales Engineering organization. In this role, Khoi leads Qualtrics' Solution Strategy and Solution Engineering team to equip customers with the technical expertise and strategic guidance needed to accelerate and grow their returns from experience management.

With more than 25 years of experience, Khoi has helped the world's largest organizations translate complex data and AI capability into measurable business value. His expertise spans enterprise architecture, data strategy, and technical sales leadership, giving customers confidence that Qualtrics can meet the scale and complexity of their transformation.

Most recently, he served as Worldwide Field Chief Technology Officer at Salesforce, advising organizations on adopting transformative technologies and positioning themselves for an AI-driven future. Prior to this, Khoi co-founded Siperian, the master data management platform later acquired by Informatica.
