Refreshed EX benchmarks now powered by 32 million respondents
The latest refresh of our 3-year rolling average benchmarks are now available, including aggregated data from 2022-2024. Our robust benchmarks consist of real-world data from more than a thousand companies globally. They include detailed industry cuts, ranging from information technology to retail.
Our latest EX Engagement benchmarks see employee engagement on average remaining stable from 2022 to 2024 despite changes in underlying drivers. For example, although managers are now better at explaining the reasons for significant organizational changes, the communication effectiveness of senior leaders has decreased. It also found open and honest communications from senior leaders is an important precursor to building trust.
This is a notable change, especially considering our 2025 EX Trends Report findings that the top employers competently support their employees during organizational change, while at the same time overall trust in senior leadership is at risk. Benchmarking your EX results is another way Qualtrics can help your company stay ahead of these emerging issues, and our library of actions also provides specific examples of how your company can address concerns like communication and trust.
