"During my first few months at Qualtrics, I worked on a machine learning project to level up the power of our platform. Because of my project, our customers now have access to enriched experience data, which enables them to tap into their analytics and easily take action. Working on this project stretched me as a software engineer and not just my technical skills. I developed confidence communicating with a diverse set of stakeholders, translating design specs into technical requirements, and building expertise in our codebase. With this experience, I feel prepared (and excited!) to tackle more complex projects in the future."
