She is passionate about empowering customers to build and maintain renowned employee listening programs, leveraging evidence-based practices and innovative solutions to cultivate positive, safe and future-focused workplaces.
Dr. Matt Neale
Dr Matthew Neale is an Organisational Psychologist with over 20 years of experience in consulting, product development, and leadership. With roles ranging from Chief Psychology Officer to external consultant, he has worked across a range of industries including technology, banking & finance, aviation, government & defence. In addition to his role at Qualtrics he is an Adjunct Lecturer in the School of Psychology at the University of Queensland, and remains active in academic teaching and research.
