Stefan has extensive experience in conceptualising ideas, developing future proof strategies, implementing exciting new business models, proactive problem solving, as well as change management & communication.

He led various impactful transformations such as the restructuring of the Customer Support Function (addressing more than 7500 coworkers), the redesign of the corporate P&L structure (from pure cash & carry to omnichannel), or significant M&A (worth several BEUR) at the biggest home-furnishing retailer: IKEA and at the second largest telco company in Switzerland: Sunrise UPC.
