Gurdeep Pall
Gurdeep joined Qualtrics in 2024, prior to which he was Corporate Vice President at Microsoft responsible for AI Incubations. During his long career at Microsoft, he led major initiatives in AI, built the Teams business, including running Skype, and was an Engineer on Windows NT and Internet core technologies. He is credited as the inventor of VPNs. Gurdeep also sits on the boards of multiple inventive tech startups.
Rowan Curran
Rowan’s research focuses on AI, ML, and data science, looking at challenges and opportunities for technology executives and their teams. In his primary coverage area, he spearheads Forrester’s research on generative AI technologies, tools, and strategy. He also covers enterprise AI/ML platforms, cognitive search, and synthetic data.
Leonie Brown
Leonie Brown, an XM Scientist at Qualtrics, specializes in customer experience, research methodologies, and contact center modernization, working with brands to optimize CX programs for increased revenue and reduced churn.
Isabelle Zdatny
Isabelle helps large organizations design and operate successful experience management (XM) programs by producing industry thought leadership, developing and delivering training, consulting with companies, and speaking on key XM topics and trends.
Benjamin Granger, PhD, XMP
Dr. Benjamin Granger serves as Chief Workplace Psychologist at Qualtrics, with over 15 years of experience building Experience Management (XM) programs across the globe. He leads thought leadership and research initiatives across Qualtrics and the XM Institute.
Matthew Evans
Matthew has worked alongside HR leaders across the world to design and implement culture and engagement programs. He has led global employee experience research efforts at Qualtrics and co-founded the Qualtrics AI Ethics Advisory Committee.

Ali, a market research practitioner, leads research innovation on Qualtrics Edge, which comprises of AI-powered tools and solutions, wrapped in human-powered services. With nearly 2 decades of market research experience, Ali spearheads thought leadership, guiding innovation pipeline for transformative research tools and supporting our legacy services business to deliver 10,000 projects per year.
