Matt has worked in education for over 21 years as a Middle School Teacher, Graduate Research Assistant and District Leader in the areas of research, evaluation and assessment. Matt is passionate about leveraging data and information through research and analysis to help educators in our region and across the state.

Mark Grunske

Data and Assessment Specialist

Mark is the data and assessment specialist at Franklin Public Schools. He has more than 30 years of educational experiences across a variety of levels and roles allowing him to understand and communicate effectively with educators of all backgrounds. Mark manages student assessments, the district’s data warehouse, Qualtrics and leads data literacy work. He works closely with district and building leaders to understand and leverage their data as part of their continuous improvement cycles.

With over two decades in education, Sabrina Collins is a Director in Human Resources at Carroll County Schools. Her foundation as a classroom teacher gives her a unique perspective in her HR leadership role, where she is passionate about innovating daily processes to significantly increase productivity and efficiency. Sabrina is committed to building a supportive environment for all employees. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and son-in-law.

Kristina Cecere is a Specialist in the Office of Accountability, Evaluation, and Strategic Planning. She joined APS in 2023 after 12 years in the classroom. With master’s degrees in Public Policy and Education, she believes data tells the story of student success and uses it to shape stronger outcomes across districts. She empowers staff to use Qualtrics with confidence, transforming data collection into a tool for insight and improvement.
