Prior to joining Qualtrics, Andrew has over a decade of experience in financial services focused on designing and measuring experiences that resonate with customers. Andrew holds a degree in Finance from the University of Oklahoma. He resides in Denver, CO and spends his free time with his wife & daughter or usually somewhere on a basketball court.
Katie Johnson, PhD
Katie is an XM Strategist at Qualtrics. Drawing on her research background, Katie helps leaders transform stakeholder feedback into measurable action. Her experience spans financial services and the public sector. Katie holds a PhD and master’s from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor’s from the University of Virginia. She resides with her family in Raleigh, NC.
