About the Grow My Skills Page

Grow my skills is a page on the Customer Success Hub where you can strengthen your technical skills and Experience Management (XM) expertise with a collection of learning resources, help content, and thought leadership curated for your user type. “Grow my skills” includes links to familiar resources like certifications and community, in addition to exclusive, personalized tools like the Qualtrics Success AI Assistant and learning checklists.

To access this page, log into the hub and select either Grow My Skills or My Skills.

Getting Started with Qualtrics Checklists

You can access checklists designed to help you get started with Qualtrics. Recommendations are personalized based on your user type.

Checklists contain curated sets of videos, articles, subject matter expertise, and more. As you progress through the resources, you can check off your completed steps (or skip ones that don’t apply). Your progress is saved in the hub, so you can come back to these resources any time!

Qualtrics Success AI Assistant

The Qualtrics Success AI Assistant can guide users of all levels through the best ways to mature their XM programs. Its personalized guidance is based on your organization’s available products and program maturity, and can take the form of video walkthroughs, step-by-step implementation guides, and interactive chat support.

While the Qualtrics Success AI Assistant also pulls from technical product information, it’s not the same as the support chatbot, instead drawing more on Qualtrics’ thought leadership in Experience Management and personalized maturity recommendations.

Qtip: The Qualtrics Success AI Assistant is not available in the FedRamp environment.

Once you’ve finished working through the course, click Finish.

The Qualtrics Success AI Assistant will save skills you’ve learned under the My Skills menu. You can go through previously learned skills again as needed, or you can start on a new skill in any category you’d like.
