This year XM Basecamp Live will be held at Salt Palace Convention Center. Check the Agenda tab in the X4 Summit app for the specific location of each session on Friday, May 3, 2024.

You can add XM Basecamp Live to your X4 ticket by paying an additional $699, which includes access to the XM Basecamp Live sessions on Friday, May 3, and a certification exam pass valued up to $499.

You can upgrade your X4 ticket to include XM Basecamp Live via the Manage Registration portal. To login to the portal follow the steps below:

1. Open the Manage Registration portal
2. Enter the email address you registered with (this can be found in your registration confirmation email with the Subject Line: Registration Confirmation for X4: The Experience Management Summit 2024)
3. Enter your ticket number (this can also be found in your registration confirmation email)

While X4 will definitely have plenty of opportunities for Qualtrics users to increase their skills and knowledge concerning our products, there’s plenty for those who don’t use our platform yet. Many of the mainstage and breakout sessions feature thought leadership and practical advice from the world’s biggest companies and some of the biggest names in customer experience, customer service, HR, product design, brand management, and market research.

If you are unable to attend X4 Summit, you may transfer your registration to another person via the Manage Registration portal by Sunday, March 17, 2024 at 11:59 pm MST. Substitutions requested after this date may be subject to a US $100 transaction fee. All X4 Summit registration, training, and certification cancellations must be requested via the Manage Registration portal. For a full refund, cancellations must be received by 11:59 pm (MST) on March 17, 2024. For a 50% refund, cancellations must be received between 12:00 am (MST) on March 17, 2024 and 11:59 pm (MST) on April 6, 2024. No refunds will be given for any termination notice provided after 11:59 pm (MST) on April 6, 2024. Hotel reservation cancellations and substitutions must be arranged directly with your hotel. Hotel cancellation policies may vary.

If you can only attend one session at Basecamp Live, you must still pay the full $699 add-on price and select just one course when registering. You will still receive the certification exam pass* that can be used at a later date, which can be used for any Qualtrics certification exam on basecamp.qualtrics.com (up to $499 value, excludes XMP).

*The certification exam pass is only available for full-price Basecamp Live tickets.

No, X4 is a highly experiential event and will not be digitally streamed for external facing customers, prospects, or attendees.

XM Basecamp Live sessions will not be recorded. Some of the materials (e.g. presentation PDFs, challenge booklets, etc.) may be made available on basecamp.qualtrics.com for XM Basecamp Live attendees following X4. Contact certification@qualtrics.com for more questions about XM Basecamp Live content.

Yes, Qualtrics Certification is available only for XM Basecamp Live attendees whose tickets include a certification exam pass. The certification exam pass can be used for any Qualtrics certification exam on basecamp.qualtrics.com, or on-site at X4 (up to $499 volume, excludes XM Professional).

If you would like to complete your certification exam at X4, please be sure that you’ve completed any prerequisite coursework ahead of your exam, and stop by Salt Palace Room 258/259, between 12-6PM, on Wednesday 5/1 or Thursday 5/2, to complete your proctored Qualtrics exam and get certified during X4.

If you have an XM Basecamp Live ticket, you must reserve your seat for your preferred Basecamp sessions starting on April 11th. You can do so by logging in from the Agenda page and clicking “Reserve my seat” on the sessions you are interested in. Space is limited in XM Basecamp Live sessions, so day-of seating is not guaranteed.

In the X4 Summit app under “My Registered Sessions” you can remove a course that you have previously registered for by clicking the seat icon to deselect it. Then, click the seat icon next to the course you would like to reserve instead. A crossed-out seat icon means that the session is unavailable because you are registered for another course at the same time, or the session is already full. Please ensure you are registered for either two 90-minute breakout sessions or one three-hour session.

Breakout sessions on May 1st and 2nd will be available first come, first served at the event, but you can view them in our app on the ‘Agenda’ tab. You can also navigate to the top of www.qualtrics.com/x4summit/agenda to view an overview of the schedule of the conference.

You can save sessions by adding them as ‘favorites’ within the app. To do so, go to the ‘Agenda’ tab on the bottom of the app. When you find a session you want to save, click the ‘Favorite’ icon under the session title. You can view every session you’ve added to your favorites by scrolling to the top of the ‘Agenda’ tab and selecting the button that reads ‘My Favorites’.

When you want to add a session to your personal calendar as a reminder, touch the session tile and then click the ‘Add’ icon on the bottom of the screen. Please note, selecting sessions as a ‘favorite’ is a useful tool to help you plan your event experience but does not reserve your place in a session — please make sure you arrive at each session in plenty of time to take your seat.

Ticket holders can download our app on the App Store or the Google Play store.

Once ticket holders download the app and login using the email address or ticket number associated with their ticket, they will get updated information about sessions, locations, and times for planning your X4 agenda. As we approach the event, there will be additional information on our app about in-person event logistics, Dream Team, and more.

Specific slides and materials will be available online to attendees post-X4.

Your X4 pass includes 2 days of keynotes, breakout sessions, networking, and food (morning coffee, snacks, and lunches, available Wednesday morning through Thursday).

All X4 attendees are asked to review and confirm they have reviewed the X4 Event Terms and Conditions, including without limitation, the information about the risks of COVID-19 in Section 10 thereof. Prior to entering the conference venue, attendees shall ensure they are not currently experiencing any of the symptoms of COVID-19. Anyone who is not feeling well or begins to experience symptoms at any time during X4 should contact and follow the guidance of their physician. No one is permitted entry to X4 who is not in full compliance with event health & safety requirements.

Yes! Qualtrics has reserved a special conference rate for our attendees at these hotels.

Public transportation to and from the Salt Lake City International Airport is available through the Utah Transit Authority. You can also use the “Green Line” on TRAX (Salt Lake City’s light rail system) that runs to and from the airport. The Green Line leaves the airport every 15 minutes on weekdays and every 30 minutes on weekends. The Airport to TRAX station is located on the ground level outside the terminal on the east side. Passengers should exit door 1A and go east. TRAX drops off directly in front of the Salt Palace Convention Center.

Taxi cabs are also available at the airport when you arrive. Uber and Lyft also serve the airport and all of Salt Lake City.

At the airport, you can find shuttles at the kiosks located across the passenger bridge from baggage claim. Depending on your hotel, complimentary shuttles may also be offered from the Salt Lake City International Airport. This can be confirmed by calling your hotel directly.

Find a parking spot using SpotAngels. Street parking is limited and metered.

Check-in will be held at the Salt Palace North Foyer (West Temple Street entrance) and outside the Salt Palace/Hyatt Regency connector (South Street entrance) on April 30th from 1PM-8PM, on May 1st from 7AM-6PM, and from May 2nd from 7AM-12PM.

Just bring your own laptop and charger to your course. All other materials will be provided.

Unfortunately we will not permit any suitcase, any luggage with wheels, or any luggage (of any design) that exceeds 18"H X 18"W X 8"D into the X4 Management Summit.

Yes, coat check will be on the second level as you walk in from the East Entrance in a room known as the Salt Shaker.

Your pass includes morning coffee, lunches beginning Wednesday morning through Thursday night.

Ask the Experts is the only walk-up, serviceable product support at X4. The product demo and ask the expert booth will be located outside the Tacos theater.

We will have various ADA accommodations to support attendees with accessibility needs. A designated registration desk will be available for individuals with disabilities, and there will be assistance provided in scheduling mothers' rooms. Translation services such as ASL interpretation and closed-captioning will be offered during sessions, and keynote presentations will be translated into Spanish. The event venue will have accessible facilities marked on maps, with assistance available and reserved seating for individuals with mobility disabilities. Additionally, sensory breaks, earplugs, and health and safety resources like medical services, face masks, and hand sanitizer will be provided.

Yes, we will have multiple mother’s rooms located throughout the Salt Palace Convention Center. Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are welcome depending on availability. Mother’s room spaces can be reserved in the X4 app.

Yes - Your safety is very important to us and we will work to ensure the summit is a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. For your awareness, before entering the X4 Experience Management Summit, all attendees will pass through security screening and all items are subject to search if they cause concern.

The following items are strictly prohibited at the X4 Experience Management Summit:

• Aerosol containers.
• Non-aerosol spray (medical needs are permitted.)
• Any sharp bladed or pointed objects, e.g. knitting needles and letter openers. (Pens and pencils are permitted.)
• Electric stun guns, or any weapons or other devices
• Firearms, replica firearms, ammunition, and fireworks or any other form of pyrotechnic device(s).
• Knives of any size.
• Mace or any other aerosol discharged chemical, such as pepper spray.
• Razors and or box cutters.
• Drones.
• Professional cameras or video recording equipment (unless authorized Press & Media).
