Job Responsibilities
- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems, processes and user needs.
- Performs and participates in the analysis, design and implementation of business systems following appropriate standards and requirement gathering.
- Formulates proposals for new systems, procedures and/ or processes.
- Conducts tests or test planning sessions, provides input for feasibility and prepares user documentation and follow-up evaluation.
- Performs project management leadership functions as a project manager or team member.
- Writes Business, User, and System requirements. Develops risk mitigation plans, tracks issue resolution, and documents scope changes.
- Communicate technical ideas in non-technical language to clients
Skills
- Design, develop, and distribute dashboards and reports using various reporting & UI technologies
- Strong data visualization skills & ability to work closely with business teams in a rapid prototyping model
- Web Development experience with HTML5, CSS, AJAX etc
- Object-oriented development experience with PHP, Java or similar
- Estimate time and resources necessary to complete a dashboard or reporting project
- Experience working with database systems
- Ability to learn new reporting/visualization tools, as needed.
- Critical thinking and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- BS in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or similar
- 2+ years of experience working on BI and Operation reporting solutions
- 2+ years experience working on Web content life cycle management.
