Parental Leave

Qualtrics paid family leave is 6 weeks for all parents, regardless of how they choose to welcome a child to their family.

Birthing parents are given an additional 6-8 weeks of short-term disability leave and have the option to take 2 weeks off before delivery.
Parents can also take advantage of Return-to-Work Transition time, or 4 weeks of part time work paid at full time rate, as a transitional period to ramp back to work after extended time off.
