Bosch: Improving the Customer Experience with Qualtrics XM CRM integration

Welcome to our Customer Experience User Group! We created this forum to provide you with a platform for peer-to-peer exchange. Hear from our customers about their CX Programs, how they have set up the program, what they measure and which best practices they have established. This is an interactive session with lots of room for questions. The meeting will be hosted in english or german, dependent on the participants.

This time we have a guest speaker from our customer Bosch: Didem Denise Bektas, Experience and Product Manager will talk about the global roll out of their CX Program at Bosch.

Our Agenda

Didem Denise will talk about “Improving the Customer Experience with Qualtrics XM CRM integration”. She will introduce a couple of use cases at two different business units. The first use case lines out the global Customer Satisfaction survey. The second use case is around the automated quote creation from Qualtrics into the SAP Sales Cloud.

After Didems Denise presentation we will dive into the interaction with questions from the group or experiences from other participants.
