Welcome to our CX User Group! We created this forum to provide you with a platform for peer-to-peer exchange. Hear from our customers about their CX Programs, how they manage challenges and which best practices they have established. The meeting will be hosted either in german or english, dependent on the participants.

At this meeting we will share experiences from our colleague Felicity who just joined Qualtrics from one of the largest insurance companies worldwide and experiences from David who just joined Qualtrics from a multi product provider in the technology space with a broadly diversified product portfolio.

Felicity Holdgate is a Customer Experience (CX) Solution Strategist for the DACH region at Qualtrics. In her role, she advises and supports customers during the development and design of holistic CX programs - across the whole customer journey, no matter what the channel or touchpoint. Prior to joining Qualtrics, Felicity worked at Allianz for 11 years, where she also led the global CX program for Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty.
