How Customer Experience is used in engineering to improve service quality

Welcome to our Customer Experience User Group! We created this forum to provide you with a platform for peer-to-peer exchange. Hear from our customers about their programs, how they manage challenges and which best practices they have established. The meeting will be hosted in english or german, dependent on the participants. Usually we are 15 to 25 participants in one session.

This time we have a guest speaker from Heidelberger Druckmaschinen, Jasmin Jäckel. Jasmin is running the Customer Experience Program and she will introduce the “Service Satisfaction Initiative” of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen, including Feedback after services sessions, what is the feedback used for and more about how Jasmin is running the program.

Heidelberger Druckmaschinen is a highly innovative supplier of the global printing industry. With a history of over 170 years Heidelberger Druck has quite a tradition, but at the same time Heidelberger Druck determines the future trends.

Since completing her studies, she has been working in the Sales Excellence department at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen. Jasmine is responsible for international projects, including the Customer Experience Programme.
