Commonwealth Bank of Australia
The Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), one of Australia’s leading banks with more than 17 million customers, is using Qualtrics to strengthen relationships with customers, cultivate brand trust, and deliver exceptional customer experiences that differentiate the bank in Australia’s crowded market place. CBA will capture structured and unstructured feedback from customers at key moments in the customer journey with Qualtrics, and use AI in the platform to rapidly analyse and surface insights for teams to resolve in near real-time.
OneNZ
As one of the largest telecommunications providers in New Zealand, putting customers at the heart of the business is a core principle for OneNZ. However, fully understanding how to deliver on this goal and measuring the impact was challenging due to siloed feedback and gaps in data collection. To address these issues, OneNZ is partnering with Qualtrics to standardise its customer experience program into a single platform. This approach enables OneNZ with a holistic and consolidated view of its customer experience, the ability to benchmark metrics, and provides insights to support the delivery of the business’ customer-focused initiatives.
Nufarm
Nufarm, an Australian-based global crop protection and seed technologies company, selected Qualtrics to enable seamless customer insight into their business. Nufarm is using Qualtrics to capture more specific feedback across the customer journey, and is now maturing the program to strengthen customer relationships, support distribution partners to sell more effectively, and make it easier for customers to work with Nufarm, wherever they are.
Vietnam Maritime Commercial Join Stock Bank (MSB)
MSB is partnering with Qualtrics to manage the customer experience across five key customer journeys: Personal mortgage loans, Credit cards, Mobile Banking, Physical Branch and Website Interaction. “Leveraging Qualtrics platform, MSB can capture customer feedback in real time at each specific touchpoint, and connect experience & operation data to get the insight and timely improvement actions” said Mr. Nguyen Hoang Linh – MSB CEO. The implementation of a dedicated customer experience solution marks a strong shift in MSB’s digital transformation strategy, promoting decision-making based on comprehensive data analysis and real-world experience for MSB. On its roadmap to 2026, MSB aims to manage customer experience across more than 30 key journey scenarios. MSB is the first joint stock commercial bank applying Qualtrics to manage its omnichannel customer experience in Vietnam.
Qualtrics to showcase new Experience Agents™ at X4 Sydney
Qualtrics will host its annual X4® Sydney Summit on May 28 2025 at the ICC Sydney, bringing together 1,000 experience management leaders to learn how the region’s biggest and best known brands – including KFC, Hilton, David Jones, and Intrepid Travel – are driving business value with Qualtrics.
At X4, Qualtrics President of Product and Engineering Brad Anderson will also showcase the latest experience management innovations from Qualtrics across customer experience, employee experience, and strategy and research. It will include the region’s first look at Qualtrics Experience Agents – highly specialized AI agents that autonomously deliver exceptional customer and employee experiences at scale across every channel and interaction.
