While X4 Sydney will definitely have plenty of opportunities for Qualtrics users to increase their skills and knowledge concerning our products, there’s plenty for those who don’t use our platform yet. Many of the mainstage and breakout sessions feature thought leadership and practical advice from the world’s biggest companies and some of the biggest names in customer experience, customer service, HR, product design, brand management, and market research.
All X4 Sydney attendees are asked to review and confirm they have reviewed the X4 Event Terms and Conditions, including without limitation, the information about the risks of COVID-19 in Section 10 thereof. Prior to entering the conference venue, attendees shall ensure they are not currently experiencing any of the symptoms of COVID-19. Anyone who is not feeling well or begins to experience symptoms at any time during X4 should contact and follow the guidance of their physician. No one is permitted entry to X4 who is not in full compliance with event health & safety requirements.
No, X4 Sydney is a highly experiential event and will not be digitally streamed for external facing customers, prospects, or attendees.
All X4 Sydney attendees need to have a ticket. Tickets include access to all mainstage, breakout, networking activities, and entertainment sessions.
Specific slides and materials will be available online to attendees post-X4 Sydney.
Registration will close on the 1st of July 2024 or when tickets are exhausted (whichever is earlier).
Your X4 Sydney pass includes a day of keynotes, breakout sessions, networking, entertainment and catering.
Transport and access options:

Train
A short walk from Central or Town Hall will take you directly to Darling Quarter, Tumbalong Park and Sydney Visitor Centre. Town Hall and Central Stations are a 10-minute walk from ICC Sydney.

Bus
ICC Sydney has its own bus stop. Bus routes 389 and 501 stop at Harris Street near Allen Street – a 10-minute walk from ICC Sydne

Sydney Light Rail
The Light Rail travels right through a number of Darling Harbour stations including ICC Sydney’s stops, Convention Centre and Exhibition Centre. The Light Rail starts at Central Station in the CBD and travels to Dulwich Hill in the inner west.

Water Taxi
A Water Taxi is a great option for getting to and from Darling Harbour. Water Taxi’s depart from The Rocks, Circular Quay, The Opera House and Luna Park.

Ferry
Cruise into Darling Harbour on a ferry from Circular Quay and alight at Barangaroo Wharf, or Pyrmont Bay Wharf. View Ferry services to plan your trip.

Taxi and Uber
The best taxi and Uber drop off and pick up locations include the new Iron Wharf Place next to Harbourside Shopping Centre and Zollner Circuit on the Southern end of ICC Sydney Theatre, both accessed via Darling Drive.

Cycling
Bike racks are available in Exhibition Car Park 1 including male and female shower and change room facilities. Personal locks are required. Find your Sydney cycling route here.
ICC Sydney has two car park facilities located within the Exhibition Centre and ICC Sydney Theatre, comprising a total of 826 car spaces. Additionally, there are secure car parks located in and around Darling Harbour, including Wilson Harbourside Car Park and First Parking Darling Square Car Park. View parking rates here.

It is recommended for this event to park in Car Park 1 for the Exhibition Centre.
Check-in opens from 8am on level 4 of the ICC Sydney Exhibition Centre.
Please bring a government issued photo ID.
Ticket holders can download our app on the App Store or the Google Play store closer to the event.
