Experience Management is one of the essential categories of modern business. It’s the way companies understand people, prioritize action, and turn experience into measurable outcomes where it matters most. As AI reshapes what's possible, the questions organizations need to answer around data, privacy, regulation, and trust are no longer back-office concerns. They're central to how fast, and how responsibly, organizations can deliver value at scale.

Organizations should not have to choose between speed and security. I'm joining Qualtrics because I see the value we can provide organizations on this journey by helping them unlock the full potential of Experience Management through a faster, more secure approach to AI.

Drawing on my experience working at the intersection of law and business, I bring a pragmatic approach to finding solutions that allow the business to move forward.

That's the mindset I bring to Qualtrics as we scale the future of Experience Management: deep legal expertise paired with a genuinely commercial mindset, in service of helping customers, employees, and partners move quickly without losing sight of long-term trust and credibility.
