Qualtrics Bolsters Leadership Team to Help Customers Harness the Full Power of AI in Experience Management

New Chief Information Officer and Chief Security Officer bring decades of experience in data security and systems design to support Qualtrics customers, employees, and partners

PROVO, Utah & SEATTLE (April 1, 2024)  — Qualtrics, the leader and creator of the experience management (XM) category, today announced the appointment of two new executives who further expand the company’s leading ability to help organizations drive business value with experience management and harness the full power of AI.

Juan Rodriguez joins Qualtrics as Chief Information Officer, where he will lead the team focused on building, optimizing, and transforming critical systems and processes that make it easier and quicker for customers to see returns on their investments in Qualtrics®, and enable internal teams to deliver greater levels of service and support to customers and partners. He brings three decades of experience in engineering, systems, and process design, most recently as CIO at Cloudflare and Executive Vice-President for Product Operations at Sage.

Assaf Keren joins Qualtrics as Chief Security Officer, where his team will ensure Qualtrics continues to evolve and strengthen product security, maintain compliance with relevant regulations globally, and partner with security teams across Qualtrics’ more-than 20,000 customers. Keren has more than 20 years’ experience building trusted technology platforms and services, most recently as Chief Information Security Officer at PayPal where he helped to secure one of the most used payment platforms in the world.
