My 'why' professionally is to continue developing myself and others around me and take on the most critical challenges. On a personal side, it revolves around providing a lifestyle of gratitude and well being for my family. Our Canadian team at Qualtrics has expanded rapidly, making all of these professional and personal goals achievable.
What attracted you to Qualtrics in the first place?

What is your favorite part of your role?
I love working with our talented team. Every day I am grateful for the collaboration and drive for success everyone shows. We have fun but get the job done!
Any tips for someone who is considering a role at Qualtrics?
This role will challenge and develop you more than any other organization. The ability to work with brilliant people in an industry that is top of mind with executives forces you to always be on point. Joining the SAP team now creates even more opportunities and excitement for our team in Canada and globally.
What is most exciting about working with the Qualtrics Toronto team?
Our group is resilient and wins as a team. We have built a collaborative environment where it’s ok to fail and learn from one another. Culture is #1 and we’ve ranked amongst the top 10 teams globally in each of the past 4 quarters on our Engagement score.
What made you want to get into sales?
Coincidentally enough (with our given economic state) it was the financial crash in 2008 which drove me into sales. I studied Civil Engineering at University but the company I worked for after graduating shortly went bankrupt and I lost my job. I migrated to a commission-only job selling copiers at Xerox. The rest is history.

|Ryan is an alumnus of the University of Windsor where he studied Civil Engineering and started his career at CANAM. His weekends are spent hanging out with his wife and two kids, Landon and Malaya. He enjoys running, golfing, reading and watching the Detroit Lions lose on Sundays :)|
