About Allowlisting Qualtrics Servers and External Domains

Your organization’s IT team may need to allowlist Qualtrics IP ranges and / or external domains to ensure our platform works to the fullest. When you don’t allowlist these items, there can be negative impacts to overall function of the platform, including email deliverability, API, SSO, and more.

Qtip: Your organization’s server admins will know how to add IP ranges and external domains to an allowlist. Please reach out to them for this request.

Allowlisting Qualtrics Servers

Some organizations may need to set their email firewall to accept emails from Qualtrics. This is done by “allowlisting” the IP addresses of the Qualtrics mail servers. You can also use this IP Address range to allowlist for API, Salesforce, SFTP setups, and some SSO setups.

Based on the region you’re based in, these are the IP ranges you should allowlist::

  • Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA):
    • 98.97.248.0/21
    • 139.60.152.0/22
  • Asia Pacific:
    • 64.69.212.0/24
    • 98.97.248.0/21
    • 139.60.152.0/22
  • North America:
    • 98.97.248.0/21
    • 162.247.216.0/22

If you’re unsure which region your Qualtrics organization is based in, we recommend reaching out to support. If your organization requires you to allowlist a smaller IP range, please reach out to your Technical Account Manager or your XM Success Manager.

Allowlisting on common security software

For help allowlisting IP ranges using your email security software, visit your software’s help site. We’ve compiled the most common ones here: ProofPoint, Mimecast, Cisco, Symantec, Microsoft 365.

Allowlisting External Domains for Qualtrics Use

Below is the list of domains to allowlist. Send this list to your IT team or server administrator.

  • www.google-analytics.com
  • cdn.amplitude.com
  • www.gravatar.com
  • stats.g.doubleclick.net
  • js.stripe.com
  • d3op16id4dloxg.cloudfront.net
  • www.google.com/maps/api
  • www.xm-apps-static.com
Attention: In addition to these external domains, you may also need to allowlist *.qualtrics.com/* to allow access to the Qualtrics product and all subdomains.
