What is X4?
X4: The Experience Management Summit is the must-attend event for XM leaders. Over three days, you’ll gain bold ideas, real-world strategies, and authentic connections to turn insights into action. Expect inspiring keynotes, hands-on Basecamp sessions, and first-hand examples of how agentic AI is transforming experiences.
When and where will X4 take place?
X4 2026 will be held March 17–19, 2026 in Seattle, WA at the Seattle Convention Center - Summit building.

How do I register for X4?
Register through the official X4 Summit event website. Simply complete your registration form, pay and secure your pass.
What does the X4 pass include?
Your pass includes access to all keynotes, sessions, XM Park (expo hall), the Welcome Reception, and XM Block Party. Daily coffee, pastries, lunch, snacks, and refreshments are also provided. Some special programs are invite-only. Qualtrics reserves the right to add, remove or otherwise modify the X4 Summit Pass inclusions at any time.
What is the cost to attend X4? Are there discounts?
X4 offers tiered pricing to give attendees the best value for registering early.
- $1,699 + tax
All passes will incur an additional 15.35% Washington state retail and admissions tax
Is there a public sector discount for X4?
Yes. Public sector employees (government, nonprofit, and education) are eligible for a discounted price of $599+tax until March 17, 2026 11:59 PM MT.
To be eligible for a Public Sector discount, you must: (a) be an employee of (i) a federal, state, city or county government organization, (ii) a registered nonprofit organization or (iii) a for-profit or private K-12 schools/districts/networks or university/higher education institution; and (b) when registering for the event on the Event Website, select the Public Sector and provide your organization’s EIN.
To register for a Public Sector ticket use the registration link and click yes when asked “Are you registering as a Public Sector employee”. Enter your EIN. If you do not know your EIN, you can look it up here or request it from your employer.

How to prepare
Before arriving at X4:
- Download the X4 mobile app and log in using your registration email.
- Sign up for sessions in advance.
- Get oriented onsite by joining one of the Tuesday AM sessions: Start Here: Your X4 Game Plan
- Bring a laptop if attending Basecamp workshops.
- Dress comfortably—business casual or casual is recommended.
- Seattle in March can be rainy, so plan accordingly.

Sessions: Learning at X4
X4 features 200+ sessions across a variety of formats and topics. Sessions take place across Levels 2–5 of the Summit Building and are organized by day and time slot in the mobile app.
Session types
X4 includes several session formats designed for different learning styles.
- Sessions: Educational sessions delivered as lectures, panels, Basecamp workshops or interactive discussions.
- Thought Leadership: Big-picture conversations about the future of experience management featuring industry experts. These take place in XM Park and are not repeated, so plan ahead.
- XM Basecamp Workshops: Hands-on training sessions where you work directly in the Qualtrics platform.
- Important reminder: Bring your laptop and power cord for Basecamp workshops. They are required.
- Lightning Sessions: Fast 15-minute talks focused on targeted topics.
- Meetups: Peer networking sessions organized by role or industry—no presentations, just conversation.
Session formats
Sessions may be delivered in several formats:
- Lecture - Traditional presentation with seated audience
- Panel - Moderated discussion with multiple speakers
- Thought Leadership - Sessions focused on trends and big ideas in XM
- Interactive sessions: emphasize participation and collaboration.
- Roundtable - Small-group discussions on a single topic
- Knowledge Café - Rotating small-group discussions across topics
- Whiteboarding - Interactive working sessions with hands-on collaboration
Session materials & recordings
- Some speakers share materials via QR code or URL during the session. Capture them in the room—materials are not available after the session ends
- Qualtrics keynotes and select sessions will be recorded and available on-demand on the X4 website approximately a week after the event
Post-session surveys
- You’ll receive a text after each session you attend— filling it out only takes 30 seconds to complete and can help you win swag!

New this year, attendees may sign up for sessions through the X4 mobile app. Sign-up is not required but is strongly recommended to secure seats in popular sessions.
Session sign-up opens March 9 and is available throughout the event.

Tips
- Popular sessions may fill quickly—reserve early to secure your spot.
- Many sessions led by Qualtrics speakers will be repeated.
- Leave open time in your schedule to explore XM Park.
- Lunch is two hours and sessions run all day—make your schedule your own. All meals are grab and go and designed to take to sessions, XM Park or a break in the foyers.
How to sign up

- Tap My Schedule
- Browse, search or filter the session catalog
- Tap a session and select Add Session
- Your sign-up is complete and appears in My Agenda
Sign-up rules
- One session per time slot
- All session types are available for sign-up
- Keynotes do not require sign-up
Changes
- You can unregister or change sessions anytime before they begin
- We recommend making changes at least 15 minutes in advance, as app updates may occasionally be delayed due to network volume.
Standby
- A limited number of seats are held for standby.
- If a session is full, join the standby line outside the room.
- Standby is not guaranteed. Room hosts will advise if space is likely.
Arrival
- Arrive 10–15 minutes early. At 5 minutes before start time, your seat may be released to standby attendees.

XM Park: Explore & connect
XM Park is the heart of X4. Located on Level 2, it’s your home base between sessions for demos, networking, and hands-on experiences. Here’s what you’ll find inside:

Your hands-on headquarters for learning the platform.

Most Product Zone activities take 5–15 minutes and require no appointment.
Experience Community
A space designed for conversations and connection.

X4 also includes a few fun experiences in XM Park.
- The Listening Room: A short immersive experience exploring how listening drives action and trust.
PGA Tour Putting Experience: Test your short game on a putting green right in the middle of XM Park.
Keynotes on the Main Stage
Keynotes are where the entire X4 community comes together.
You’ll hear from:
- Qualtrics leaders sharing product vision
- Customers sharing real transformation stories
- Special guest speakers including cultural leaders and authors
Keynotes take place on the Main Stage and do not require registration.
Doors open 30 minutes before morning keynotes and 45 minutes before afternoon sessions.
If the Main Stage fills, the keynote will also be livestreamed in XM Park.

Our team reviews every request. While we can’t guarantee every dream gets fulfilled, we’ll do our best to make your X4 experience exceptional.
The Dream Team doesn’t have a physical location onsite. Instead, our team comes to you—and sometimes surprises you when you’re least expecting it.
Making connections
X4 is designed to help you meet people facing the same challenges you are.
Ways to connect include:
- Meetups: Peer conversations organized by role or industry. No presentations—just people who speak your language.
- Experience Community: Drop in for networking conversations, AMAs with speakers, and informal discussions.

Transportation tips: The Seattle Center Monorail runs from Westlake Center and is free for attendees with an X4 badge. No shuttles provided. Rideshare drop off and pickup on Republican St & Warren Ave N.

The X4 mobile app is your hub for the event and includes all the information you need.
You may also receive text messages during the event for session surveys and Dream Team requests. Messages are limited to event updates and will stop after the event ends.
WiFi is available throughout the venue.

Enjoy beverages, snacks, and a hearty lunch to keep you energized throughout the day.
Morning:
Coffee and light pastries are available, but X4 does not serve a full breakfast, so please grab something before arriving.
Lunch:
- Lunch is two hours long, has plenty of options and is grab-and-go—so you can take it to sessions, XM Park, or networking areas.

- Westlake Station is a short walk from the Summit Building and nearby hotels in the X4 block.
Rideshare / taxis
- Pickup & dropoff: 9th Ave side of Summit Building
Parking
- Parking is self-pay.
- X4 does not validate parking.

Shuttles
- There are no shuttle services for X4.

What are the event terms and conditions and code of conduct?

What is the cancellation policy?
You can request a full refund for your X4 pass through January 30, 2026 (11:59 PM MT). After that date, refunds won’t be available, and we’re not able to issue refunds for no-shows. Passes are valid only for X4 2026, are non-transferable, and can’t be applied to future events.
Hotel cancellations must be arranged directly with your hotel. Hotel policies may vary. Hotel cancellations are the sole responsibility of the Attendee and Qualtrics is not responsible for hotel reservations related to cancellations.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are available until January 30, 2026. After that, passes are non-refundable. Some passes (Group, Partner-Only, CPQ, and Partner Group) are non-refundable. Refunds also aren’t available for no-shows or unused passes/codes.
Can I transfer my pass to future years?
All passes, comp codes and redemption codes can only be used for the 2026 X4 Summit, are non-transferable and cannot be applied to any future events.
Are attendee substitutions permitted?
Yes until January 30, 2026. After this date, substitutions are not allowed. Attendees must submit an Attendee Substitution Request and follow the processes completely in order to be eligible and to finalize requested transfers. Substitutions may only be made to another employee in your company/organization with the same email domain. Comp Codes are not eligible for substitutions. Please reach out to x4support@qualtrics.com if you need additional information.

Seattle in March is mild but rainy. Expect temperatures between 45–55°F (7–13°C). A light rain jacket and umbrella is recommended.
