Matthew Burgon is a Global Solution Strategy Consultant for Qualtrics Employee Experience. Matthew joined Qualtrics in 2019 with 15 years in Human Resources Technology and Consulting. When not consulting with customers on how to develop, improve, and engage their teams, Matt supports his local University as an adjunct professor teaching Human Resources Information Systems. Matt received his undergraduate degree from the University of Utah and his Graduate degree (M.B.A.) from the University of Houston. With a deeply held belief that employees are what the most important asset that companies have access to, Matt loves help customer gain better insight to and direction for this critical resource.

Jaime is an employee experience solution strategist with Qualtrics with over 15 years of experience helping organizations to bring science and technology together to drive organizational growth. She completed her doctoral studies in organizational behavior and leadership following the completion of her MBA in Marketing. As a practitioner, Jaime has developed and led global teams focused on customer experience, talent management delivery and employee experience programs. She is passionate about meeting her clients where they are in their journey and bringing the right mix of solutions to improve and sustain organization growth. Jaime enjoys spending time with her husband and 6 children and is a Nebraska native.
