Leading IT services provider at the forefront of XM in Korea

SEATTLE and SEOUL, October 23, 2019 — Qualtrics, the leader in customer experience and creator of the experience management category, today announced Lotte Data Communication (LDCC), a leading South Korean IT service provider, has signed an agreement to join the Qualtrics Partner Network (QPN).

The partnership between Qualtrics (which was acquired by SAP in early 2019) and LDCC will help businesses in Korea accelerate their digital transformations, and capitalise on the significant revenue opportunities presented by the country’s emerging experience economy. As a member of the QPN LDCC will work with businesses to improve the customer experiences they deliver using Qualtrics CustomerXM. A recent Forrester Consulting report found that a composite organisation, based on Qualtrics customers using the customer experience solution, achieved a 633% return on investment over three years.

Building upon the company’s SAP expertise, LDCC will leverage the power of the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform™ to help clients combine experience data (X-data), such as NPS and CSAT scores, and operational data (O-data), including HRIS, CRM, and web analytics. This integration is a powerful tool enabling brands to rapidly understand and act on insights captured, ensuring decisions are based on tangible facts.

The partnership with LDCC is one of the first signed by Qualtrics in Korea following the company’s launch in the country in July 2019. It represents a key milestone in the company’s significant and ongoing investment in expanding operations and expertise across the Asia Pacific region.

“At Qualtrics we are obsessively focused on helping businesses succeed in the experience economy. By joining forces with LDCC, our customers in Korea will be able to accelerate the speed at which they can uncover and act on the data needed to deliver superior customer experiences that drive business performance. This capability presents a key competitive advantage in today’s fast moving and competitive markets, and we are excited to partner with LDCC,” said Bill McMurray, Managing Director for Qualtrics in Asia Pacific.

“Qualtrics is creating the most powerful and robust ecosystem in experience management. Our partners are critical to empowering organisations around the world adopt and innovate with experience management and drive business outcomes. We are thrilled to welcome one of Korea’s leading IT service providers to the QPN in order to enable more businesses in the country to capitalise on the opportunities in today’s experience economy,” said John Torrey, Chief Ecosystem Officer, Qualtrics.

“LDCC is focused on leading the way in XM, empowering our customers to succeed and expand into new markets and geographies. Combined with our SAP expertise, our partnership with Qualtrics significantly expands our capabilities and will be fundamental to our success,” said Youngsun Yoon, managing director of the big data business division at LDCC.
