What is XM+?
XM+ (pronounced ‘XM plus’) is an all-new streaming service with compelling on-demand and live content that tells stories of how the best brands and businesses win on Experience. Featuring original series, documentary films, live events, and other programming that spotlights brand, customer, and employee experiences that move the world forward, XM+ content is created for people in every role in every industry, and is produced to Hollywood standards by the team at Qualtrics Studios to be entertaining, relevant, thought-provoking, and inspiring to leaders at every level of every organization.
How do I access my XM+ account?
All you need to do is register by clicking on the “sign up” button at the top of the page. If you have already signed up for XM+, but you are not able to access your account, you can sign back in by clicking the sign up button and submitting the form again.
Why is X4 on XM+?
X4 Summit 2022 debuted exclusively on XM+ as an online viewing experience. In 2023, the Summit will return live and in-person to Salt Lake City. Learn more about attending X4 here. XM+ will continue to be the home for any online X4 Summit content made available to our global audience.
What languages is XM+ content available in?
XM+ content is in English and has the following language options for subtitles: English, Korean, Japanese, Thai, Traditional Chinese, German, French, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese.
How do I change subtitle languages?
To change your subtitle language, just click on the gear icon while watching the session and select a new language under the Captions drop-down.
I'm experiencing a technical issue. How do I get assistance?
On the right-hand side of your screen, you should see a vertical black button that says “Feedback / Help”. Please click this button and answer the questions to submit a request. If you do not see this black button, please refresh your page and wait 30 seconds.
What are the technical requirements to watch XM+?
You can watch through the following desktop and mobile browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Internet Explorer 11. For the best experience, we recommend updating your operating system and browser to the latest version if you haven’t already done so. This will help to avoid any bugs or potential security vulnerabilities. To enjoy the event in high definition video, we recommend accessing the sessions using a 5 Mbps or faster internet connection. Whenever possible, hardwired ethernet connections are preferred over wireless.
