Last updated:  December 12, 2018

SALT LAKE CITY and SEATTLEDec. 12, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — Qualtrics, the leader in experience management, announced today that it was recognized as a top company in three categories, according to Comparably’s 2018 Culture Awards. Among the tens of thousands of U.S. companies eligible for the awards, Qualtrics ranked No. 12 for Best Company Culture, No. 24 for Best CEO, and No. 30 for Best Company for Women.

“We have an amazing team who I am honored to work with every single day. These awards recognize the great work and inspiring people who have shaped Qualtrics and experience management into what it is today,” said Ryan Smith, co-founder and CEO of Qualtrics. “Experience management is the future of business. We help organizations create amazing experiences every day for their customers and employees, and with their products and brands. To help other organizations do that, we have to be great at it ourselves. Thanks to our team who continuously operate to make Qualtrics an amazing place to work.”

Earlier this year, Qualtrics introduced a new “experience bonus” giving each employee $1,500 per year to fund a dream or experience of their choice. The goal is to allow employees to cross something off their bucket list or have an experience they would not otherwise have had. Employees have used the experience bonus to do everything from skiing in the Austrian Alps to donating to orphanages in Kenya and Peru to traveling to the World Cup.

“Qualtrics stood out as one of the best overall companies in 2018, as rated by their employees on Comparably, being named on our awards list for Best Place to Work, Best CEO, and Best Company for Women,” said Jason Nazar, Comparably CEO. “Qualtrics is the leader in customer and employee engagement products and it’s clear to see that stems from their amazing leadership, inclusion efforts and fantastic culture with their own employees.”
