Government employees with a .gov email address are eligible for a ticket rate of $499, no matter what phase pricing. Attendees requesting this discount should be prepared to show proof of government ID.

Employees who work in higher education or K-12 with a .edu email address are eligible for a ticket rate of $499, no matter what phase pricing. Attendees requesting this discount should be prepared to show proof of school ID.

Note: Students are not eligible for this discount.

— From January 16th - February 17th, 2025 at 11:59PM MST: 50% refunds will be given.

Attendees wishing to cancel after this date will have the option to rollover their registration to 2026, if they choose. To do this, they can email x4summit@qualtrics.com and the support team will contact their account manager.

— From registration opening - February 17th, 2025 at 11:59 PM MT: Attendees can transfer a registration at no cost.
— February 18th, 2025 onward: No registration transfers may take place.

For a registrant to transfer their own ticket, they may go to their X4 registration confirmation email and click the “Transfer Registration” button.

Note: Certain registration types are tied to the individual and therefore are not eligible for transfer (e.g. Executive Forum, Speakers, Hosted Buyer).

For a registrant to modify their registration, they can go to their X4 conference confirmation email, and click the button that says “Modify Registration.” Here, they will be able to edit contact fields, update their name, add on Basecamp, etc.

Attendees must abide by any COVID-19 protocols initiated by Qualtrics for the X4 Summit, and they may be updated from time to time in Qualtrics’ sole discretion, as well as any then-current laws or regulations enacted by applicable government authorities for COVID-19.

Yes. Your safety is very important to us and we will work to ensure the event is a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. For your awareness, before entering the X4 Summit, all attendees will pass through security screening and all items are subject to search if they cause concern.

Unfortunately we will not permit any suitcase, luggage with wheels, or luggage (of any design) that exceeds 18"H X 18"W X 8"D into the X4 Summit. If you have large luggage, please leave it in your hotel room or check it with your hotel bell desk.

The following items are strictly prohibited at the X4 Summit to ensure the peace, security, and safety of our attendees:

— Aerosol containers
— Non-aerosol spray (medical needs are permitted)
— Any sharp bladed or pointed objects, e.g. knitting needles and letter openers (pens and pencils are permitted)
— Electric stun guns, or any weapons or other devices
— Firearms, replica firearms, ammunition, and fireworks or any other form of pyrotechnic device(s)
— Knives of any size
— Mace or any other aerosol discharged chemical, such as pepper spray
— Razors and/or box cutters
— Drones
— Professional cameras or video recording equipment (unless authorized Press & Media)

Yes, coat check will be located near registration in the East Entrance Lobby of the Salt Palace, located by the “Salt Shaker” at the intersection of 100 South and West Temple.

Yes, the Lactation Room has private lactation pods designed for pumping breastmilk. Here, you will be able to pump comfortably, store equipment, refrigerate milk, and have access to ship breast milk home via FedEx.

The Salt Palace is an accessible venue and it is of greatest importance to make X4 an event that is easy to navigate and accessible for all. There is a question designated on the registration form where attendees can request assistance and a member of the X4 Team will reach out to provide additional support, if needed. The Basecamp add-on is $399 and must be purchased with a full conference pass.

Basecamp is designed to complement the content and experience of X4 and therefore, must be purchased with a full conference pass.
