Chat and arrange online meetings with peers you’ve connected with. We do all the heavy lifting of sending meeting invites, reminders, and video conferencing. Just pick a date and time and get ready

Promote your peers and help others find the right expert by leaving reviews after meetings.

How does it work?

Download the “Qualtrics XM Advocates” app from
either Apple’s App Store or Google Play Store.
Tap the “I’m interested in joining” button and schedule a
time to meet with a recruiter.

Step 2

The recruiter will walk you through setting up your profile, which consists of information about you, which Qualtrics products you’re using, and how you’re using them.

Step 3

You’re all set! Find other advocates that you’d
like to learn from and send them a connection
request. If they accept, you can immediately chat
and set up online meetings.

The XM Advocates program is a private network of innovators who are leading in experience management. The program enables Qualtrics customers to connect with peers directly via our app, and learn how others are using Qualtrics – fostering a sense of community to drive experience management best practices within your organization and more broadly across the XM industry.

By participating in the program, you are also indicating that they are willing to be an advocate for Qualtrics. This means that you are willing to meet with prospective customers who are thinking about starting with Qualtrics and share with them the results you have seen.

Lastly, the XM Advocates program provides an opportunity to express your interest in partnering with Qualtrics to produce public content (e.g., case studies, speaking engagements, etc.). While producing public content with Qualtrics is optional, speaking with peers in private one-to-one meetings is required in order to join the program.
As long as you remain a member of the program and an active advocate, then you will automatically earn reward points every time we direct a request to you and you speak with the peer. These reward points can be used in our Rewards Store and will help you extend your relationship with Qualtrics by giving you access to experts, enhancing your support experience, and receiving additional product certifications.

You can track your rewards point balance in the app and see a history of how your points have been spent.
Yes. When you create your account in the app, you will indicate how often you want Qualtrics to match you to a peer. You can adjust this setting at any time in the app.
You can check your reward point balance in the app. On your profile, select the menu button in the top right corner and then select “Rewards Store.”
