Speakers:

Julia Anas

Julia Anas is Chief People Officer at Qualtrics. Previously Julia was VP, Employee Experience at Adobe, where she played a critical role driving employee development, compensation planning, as well as organisational design, talent and succession planning. Prior to joining Adobe, Julia was a director at Symantec, and she also previously led people teams at Intuit, Solyndra, Align Technology, and Yahoo!.

Scott Fynn

Scott Fynn is a Director of Product at Qualtrics, working to define and build the future of experience management. He has a background in cloud AI, prediction systems and real time communications. He likes to ride bikes downhill, and build electronic instruments

Léonie Brown is an XM Product Scientist at Qualtrics, specialising in CX and modernising the contact centre. She’s worked with hundreds of brands over the last decade to design, implement and optimise their Customer Care programs to deliver key business outcomes. She specialises in bringing best practices and methodologies into the Qualtrics platform to deliver program excellence at scale

James Scutt

James Scutt is a Principal XM Catalyst with Qualtrics XM Institute. Recognised as one of Europe’s leading Experience Management experts and CX Leader of the Year, James has a highly successful background spanning Government, Retail, Financial Services, and Hospitality industries. Prior to joining Qualtrics, James was Head of Customer Experience Strategy and Deployment at the UK Post Office where he successfully led customer experience transformation activity across Europe’s largest retail network of over 11,500 branches.
