Zhen Long is an Enterprise XM Success Manager who helps some of the largest Enterprises across Southeast Asia embark on their XM program transformation. Prior to joining Qualtrics 2 years ago, Zhen Long worked in Accenture's Strategy & Consulting practice and has extensive experience partnering with clients for success in Digital Transformation, Change Management and Operations Strategy imperatives.
Shruthi Avadhani
XM Success Manager
Shruthi is an XM Success Manager who guides the largest customers in SEA & India to embark on their XM program transformation. Prior to joining Qualtrics 2 years ago, Shruthi worked in LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions and has experience partnering with clients for success in Digital Transformation, Corporate Strategy Development and Value Realisation.
Kelvin Yap
Technical Account Manager
Kelvin is a Technical Account Manager based in Singapore. He manages day-to-day technical components of Qualtrics’ clients through fostering strong relationship and valuable technical expertise. He graduated in Computing and Information Systems and is certified in Core XM, CX and EX expert of the Qualtrics platform.
Prior to joining Qualtrics, Kelvin has 10 years of experience working in consultancy specialising in SAP Customer Experience products. In his previous roles, he was involved in multiple large transformation projects where he turns complex business requirement into technical solutions.
Kelvin is passionate about Experience Management and the business benefits it brings to the customers.
