VIRTUAL MASTERCLASS

Beyond Engagement: Your ultimate guide to drive impact in a new world of work.

March 16, 2022 / 2:00pm AEDT / 11:00am SGT

Your employees have changed.

The pivot to remote and hybrid work has accelerated a new take on what it means to be an employee – and disrupted what employees expect when it comes to employer flexibility, work-life balance, well-being, and workplace safety.

Because of all these shifts with your people and what they want from work, adapting how you measure success in your employee experience is critical in a new world of working. In our exclusive masterclass, our Employee Experience experts will be hosting a hyper tactical session to give you the framework and tools to measure outcomes beyond engagement in your organisation to drive retention, business outcomes and an engaged workforce.

In addition, our experts will also touch on the trends we are seeing in the region from our latest 2022 Asia Pacific & Japan Employee Experience Trends report, and will be sharing case studies into how global brands are staying ahead of the curve in 2022.

In this session you'll learn:

  • Exclusive insights on trust in leadership, intent to stay, employee wellbeing and growth and development across Asia Pacific & Japan.
  • Practical insights and frameworks from our new EX25 methodology to build a successful Employee Experience program.
  • How you can take action on employee feedback through our recommended 4 step process.

This webinar will not be available on demand - be sure to secure your spot today.
