Qualtrics Solution Engineer
Q excels in helping clients across various industries design and validate overall experience management solutions, including customer experience and digital programs. With extensive experience in enterprise-scale, retail, banking, and insurance sectors, he has successfully assisted multiple clients in the SEA region to launch customer experience programs. Prior to joining Qualtrics, he accumulated over 10 years of experience leading technology in the CX space.
Benjamin Wong
XM Success Manager
Benjamin has over 11 years of industry experience, working with clients across a breadth of industries, focussing on customer and employee experience, strategy, process improvement and programme management.
Previous to joining Qualtrics, Benjamin lead the regional Customer Experience for Buyers at Lazada to improve various aspects of the customer journey. In addition, Benjamin has worked in the consulting space where he partnered with a number of Multi National Companies to transform their business and deliver tangible value in the areas of transformation, change management and experience uplift.
Jax Ng
XM Success Manager
Jax is a XM Success Manager who supports the XM program of some of the largest enterprises in SEA and India. Prior to joining Qualtrics 1 year ago, Jax worked as a product manager in Shopee, one of the largest e-commerce in the region and was also formerly a Management Consultant specializing in data analytics and digital transformation.
