Lynn Lertsumitkul
Senior Solution Engineer
Lynn provides pre-sales, technical and functional support to prospective customers across South East Asia as part of the Solution Engineering team at Qualtrics. Prior to joining Qualtrics, Lynn worked as a Technical Advisor and Project Manager leading and managing enterprise CX implementation projects for clients across Asia Pacific at another CX Software vendor. She also has experience in training technical teams and ran multiple train-the-trainer workshops for clients and implementation partners alike.
Shruthi Avadhani
XM Success Manager
Shruthi is an XM Success Manager who guides the largest customers in SEA & India to embark on their XM program transformation. Prior to joining Qualtrics 2 years ago, Shruthi worked in LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions and has experience partnering with clients for success in Digital Transformation, Corporate Strategy Development and Value Realisation.

Solution Engineering Lead - SEA
Dino is the Solution Engineering Leader for Qualtrics in South East Asia, having spent the last 8+ years helping organisations in SEA & EMEA derive value from their CX & EX programmes. Dino has worked with some of the largest organisations across the globe in key verticals such as Retail, Financial Services, Hospitality, Automotive & B2B. Having worked in the Solution Consulting space for the past 14+ years in the UK and the US; this allows him to bring best practices from key geographies to the table.

Principle Consultant Customer Enablement
Elaine Qualtrics over 8 years ago as an XM Success Manager looking after our customers across APJ. Through consulting and partnering with organisations big and small throughout their Qualtrics and XM journeys, Elaine developed a passion for enabling teams to be well equipped and confident users of the XM platform.
