Higher Ed institutions are facing immense HR challenges, from adapting to evolving student needs and digitalization to industrial action, all while contending with budget constraints and regulatory demands. The result? A staggering 60% of staff considering leaving the sector, with 36% experiencing burnout, exacerbating the ongoing struggle to recruit and retain top-quality employees.
Join us for a webinar where we’ll share how Qualtrics is helping institutions deliver employee listening programmes that rebuild trust, take purposeful action, and align with your institution’s unique requirements and values.
Named #1 Employee Experience Leader by IDC in 2023 Qualtrics will be joined by FeedbackWorks who will share how to apply key learnings from leading organisations they work with including Amazon, NHS and Royal Mail.
