A day in the life
as an SDR
as an SDR
+ You make 50+ cold calls and send 50+ personalized emails per day. In addition, you find and add 15+ new contacts to into your call cadence.+ You work with Account Executives to discuss and strategize methods to penetrate targeted accounts with the goal of setting quality meetings.
+ You’re the best with LinkedIn and Salesforce.
+ You attend 1:1’s, team meetings, trainings, sales calls, discovery calls, demos, etc. to develop your skills.
+ You compete with yourself, your co-workers, and other teams.
+ You collaborate with your peers sharing standard methodologies, “oops moments,” and role playing to make sure you’re focused on continuous improvement.
+ You’re self disciplined, accountable, and reliable.
+ You attend 1:1’s, team meetings, trainings, sales calls, discovery calls, demos, etc. to develop your skills.

How you grow as an SDR

You'll build your foundational sales skills to set you up for longterm success (cold calling, prospecting, understanding Qualtrics, our use cases, and value propositions).
You'll start to own more of the sales process, working closer with the Account Executives you support to learn more of the full Qualtrics Sales Cycle. You'll run initial qualifying meetings and sit in on follow up meetings.
You will have your own book of business, carry a small quota, and begin running deals all the way from prospect to close. This role allows you to dip your toe into being an Account Executive while still developing skills as an SDR.
As a mid-level Account Executive you'll have a larger book of business and bigger deals. Starting in this role, you'll be able to promote through the AE organization.

+ CLOSE DEALS_ Love the idea of sales, but cold calling isn’t for you? ADMs work with warm leads to help Account Executives negotiate and seal the deal on services deals.
+ BUILD YOUR RESUME_ You’ll have the ability to be promoted two times while in the program (every 6-9 months). Upon finishing the program, you’ll be ready to move into a mid-level Account Executive role based on your performance and role availability.
+ KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS AT THE CENTER_ Our relationship based approach to sales will challenge you to come up with new and creative solutions to address your customers’ objectives.
