Looking for help with Senior Project in College.

I am a senior in college in the computer science department that is starting my senior project. I need to find a way to integrate a rubik's cube into multiple areas of a survey for a teacher. I have the css and javascript for how to make the rubik's cube work and how it will look, but i wanted to know if it would be possible to add that javascript and css to the survey and have it actually work. Also if it is possible then I was wondering if there was a way to make my own question type in qualtrics that would have the custom css and javascript in it when it is added to the survey, or if the only way to do it is to customize the javascript and css on each of the questions that will have rubik's cubes in them on the survey? Any help or feedback would be appreciated, thank you.
