Customize Survey link as a website format Eg: ABCsurvey.com and use Authenticator password to access

Hi,

I want to send surveys via postcards.
User should be able to access the survey like the below:

  1. Enter a website-like name in the computer browser. Eg: ABCsurvey.com

  2. Get to the Authenticator window. Enter the Password (Probably use External ID in contact list)

  3. Once the ID is matched, the user can start the survey.


How to do step 1?

Hi Arunaj91 ,
I think Step 1 would have to take place outside of Qualtrics. Use bit.ly or another URL shortener to point to your survey link. If you really need a custom domain to redirect to the survey link, you would need to work with the right department in your organization (if applicable) to set that up, or acquire the domain on your own.
