Standardise image size across monitors in Heat Map
I want to make the images in my Heat Map based questionnaire appear the actual same size (i.e. in cm) on any computer monitor used by a participant.

You can use cm in html/css, but I don't think you'll get the same real size at all devices. See some discussion at Stackoverflow:
