How to open a text box if user answered a question with Yes

I have set up a survey with several logic questions to be answered Yes or No.
Some questions will be answered with Yes by the user and then is required to elaborate for giving some more details
If user answer is made with Yes, a text box is required to fill up for some details. How do I make this happen?

you can do this by adding your open end question with "In page" Display logic. Add display logic condition and click on in-page.

My friend,
I appreciate your answer to support my need, however, my question was how to open a blank text field for adding some more information if the respondent answered a question with Yes. For No this text box does not open. Please, I need a quick reply on this, thanks and appreciated.

in page display logic will do this, when respondent click yes a new question will open that will be text field.

Make 2 questions in a block
Q1: with Y and N
Q2: Open text

On Q2: add display logic (If "Yes" is selected in Q1) and click in-page.
