Multiple labels in chart widgets?

Hello!

I am reporting NPS by store name (see chart below).

In addition to the store name, I would like the label to also show the store number. So instead of showing "Store ABC" it would show "123 - Store ABC". Both information are stored in embedded variables (2 different ones). I have thousands of responses, and hundreds of stores, so I want to avoid creating a new variable to manually combine the two via recoding.

Is there a chart widget I can use to show two labels? I tried "playing" with different widgets with no luck...
Or do you have any other suggestion?
