How do I create an optional question in my survey?
How do I create an optional question in my survey? not all of the questions applies to individuals, so how do I create a note/option for them to skip through if it is not applicable?

You can use descriptive text to create a note.
Alternatively, you can use display logic to only display the question if the respondent meets certain criteria.
