Personalised survey link doesn't work.

Personalised survey link (to be completed by third party while on the phone with customer) works in Qualtrics but not when Third party is trying to access it. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

Hi @AnnaP ,

Maybe the survey links are broken, did you send emails to every respondent? If you can provide some details about what is the error.

If respondents are copy pasting the links they might be picking incomplete link with some text truncated.

Thank you for your reply. The links are used by Third party who complete the survey when speaking to customers on the phone. They get message “New responses are no longer being collected.” ,despite not being completed and within the expiration period. What is strange as well, we provide them with 4 different lists and it's only one that's has failed. All 4 were produced the same way.
